My name is Tashina and I am a chef, cookbook author, recipe developer, and cooking instructor. I have been involved in the culinary arts industry for almost 20 years. I have cooked professionally in restaurants, catered events, and developed recipes for companies including Kraft Foods, General Mills, and PepsiCo. I have published two cookbooks (one with coauthor) and have contributed to numerous magazines and newspapers.

My husband and I both love to travel, so we try to incorporate local cuisine wherever possible. Our favorite place to visit is Italy, where we fell in love with Italian food.

We are both health conscious, so we try to keep our diets varied and balanced. We both love seafood and vegetarian dishes.

In addition to blogging, I am also a freelance writer. I have published articles in magazines including Healthy Living, Vegetarian Times, and Natural Health.

My husband and I recently purchased a farmhouse in the countryside near Lake Erie. We plan to renovate the kitchen and turn it into a beautiful space for entertaining guests.
